Cancellation and Returns Policy
When you purchase goods from our website you are entering into a contract of sale with us for those goods. You have 7 working days to ensure that the goods you receive meet your expectations of your order, and are as described on the website. If the product has been opened or used by you (the customer) then the right of return is cancelled. If however the goods are faulty please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange for the return of the goods and a refund. We will ask you to wrap the package securely, and return it along with a note indicating the fault. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty.

Faceproducts-online reserves the right to make changes to product information and prices without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current chargeable rate.
Illustrations of items featured are for guidance only. We reserve the right to supply an item where the packaging may not be identical to the illustration but the product itself is as descibed on the website.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are available we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer the option of cancellation.
3.Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will be dependant on order weight. The actual charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries is by special arrangement and we will email you with the cost to confirm it is acceptable before we dispatch the goods. Non-EU countries may also result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. <

Complaints will be dealt with speedily, fairly, and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. Our complaints procedure will be regularly reviewed to make sure it meets with all relevant codes of practice.
